Our commitment to ‘Pure Gastronomy’ is reflected in the fresh, organic ingredients grown in Keemala’s ‘Enchanted Garden.’ Our hillside farm supplies almost half of the resort’s vegetables and herbs daily.
Here you will find organic Thai herbs ranging from basil to chili, galangal, lemongrass, and kaffir lime; tastes and aromas that form the foundation of Thai cuisine. Seasonal fruits such as mango, rambutan, starfruit, mangosteen, mulberry, and jackfruit grow in abundance throughout the land, with banana trees bearing fruit year-round.
Our gardeners collect fresh straw and oyster mushrooms from the mushroom hut, along with hydroponically grown romaine, green and red oak lettuce – delivered fresh to our kitchen daily. Just steps away is the Duck Cottage: home to our ducks that, from time to time, give us fresh free-range eggs. When the ducks are laying, guests are treated to an extra-special breakfast!

Destination Dining takes our pure cuisine experience one step further. Book a romantic private dinner for two in an idyllic setting. Choose from the Rooftop, the Wine Lounge, the Enchanted Terrace, or pick your favorite spot at the resort. Our staff will lovingly decorate the table and dining area with freshly picked flowers and other natural elements from Keemala’s landscape. Signature menus offer Thai, Southern Thai, Indian, and Western Cuisine, as well as Seafood. A hearty vegan and vegetarian menu is also available.
